It’s a NEW YEAR!

It’s that time of year!

Everyone is setting goals, making plans, reviewing the past year.  There’s a new excitement in the air.

It’s the time of year that you BELIEVE whatever was going on in 2014 will magically go away at 12am, January 1, 2015 and

life will be brand

I love it! I am right there with you.

Let it all go.  Start over.  You can have whatever you want in 2015!

Or maybe you are on a good run.  The things you put in motion for 2014 are working well for you.

Set new goals.  Learn something new.  Or revisit something old.

Slow down.  Or decide to put some hustle in your life.

That is what is so great about a new year…

you can have whatever you want.

You get to decide.  YOU get to create the goals and plans.  You get to write them down or draw them.  YOU get to put them in motion!

Although, this is true every day there is something magical about a NEW year.  So I say take advantage of it. GO FOR IT!

Get a clean piece of paper or buy a new planner.  Get out the markers and the stickers.  Write it all out so you can see it.  Everything you really want.

Last year my in my End of Year post, I was going to come up with ONE WORD that would be my focus for the year.

My word for this year…..

Because my truth is….

I am enough.  I have enough.  I do enough.

But I walk around…..

Not taking in the moments but hurrying through because I have so much I want to do.  So much I feel I need to do.

I have a LOT of hobbies.  I also have  a LOT of paperwork and a LOT of laundry. And a LOT of cooking and exercising to do.

I also have Justin, two dogs, a cat, a family.  And lots of friends.

Where am I putting my time?

Worrying.  Being anxious.  Doubting.

I want to be everywhere and do everything and I end up frustrated, angry, anxious….all junked up.  Which makes me take a nap.

Things pile up and I don’t know where to start.

Thank goodness it’s a NEW YEAR!

That is where I can start.
