Gooooood Morning!!!!

Today’s post is filled with selfies because I’m obsessed with myself. #compprepwilldothattoya

HIIT on the spin bike is where it’s at!  I had sweat pouring off me this morning.  I am always disappointed in how pictures can not capture sweat drippage.  I took like 20 pictures trying to capture maximum sweatage.

When sweat is running down my legs, I know I am doing something right!

I dyed my eyebrows again.

Remember last time I did that?  I feel like they look more natural this time.  I go most days with no makeup, which means NO EYEBROWS and I want facial expressions!

That picture was taken at yoga Tuesday night.  Oh, sweet yoga.  Like a great big hug at the end of the day.  Filling me to the brim with love and happiness.

In addition to dying my eyebrows, I went and saw Gretchen, my hairstylist, and she played with my halo extensions and trimmed my hair.

I’m thinking I will wear it like this for the show.  I kind of think I can do it myself????!!!

Maybe.

Maybe not.

Tionna and I decided I should take a rest day yesterday because it’s that time of the month and I was cramping and nauseous.  I would not have given her 100% during our workout. I am so glad I did!! 

I feel AMAZING this morning…..

Like REALLY AMAZING!  Like, totally.

Today, I am training with Tionna and then she is giving me a massage (I’ve mentioned she’s a massage therapist, right?)  Best. Trainer. EVER.
