Getting Myself Together

Hello middle of the week!

I spent Monday and Tuesday eating saltine crackers and Ibuprofen. Sad smile


By Wednesday, I had crawled out of the Cramp Cave and started my day on the treadmill for a 3 mile run.


Later in the morning, I met up with Tionna for a chest workout.  That girl had me picking up some heavy weight.  I definitely have some mental blocks when it comes to dumb bells and I don’t go past a certain weight.  She made me go past it.

After my workout it was time for a massage!  Oh man, I needed it.  I could have cried it felt so good.



Meal #1: Oats with protein powder

Meal #2: Rice cake with peanut butter, 1/2 a grapefruit

Meal #3: 1/2 a grapefruit, two whole eggs

Meal #4: Ground turkey with stir fry veggies

Meal #5: Ground turkey and shredded brussel sprouts with crispy turkey bacon

Playing catch up.

Now it’s time to get myself and my house together.  With Justin and I taking turns being sick, we are behind on EVERYTHING.

Time to buckle down and get things back in order around here!

  2. Ack! I got the bubonic plague too and am behind like crazy. Can we press pause on 2013? I would like to catch up as I think I'm at January 5 at the moment! ;)

  3. I didn't know you were prepping girl! When is your show? I'm so excited for you! Seems that we tend to do a show around the same time. Last one I did was July 2011 and I think you did one that year too. I'm 11 weeks out from my next show. Can't wait to follow your progress!
