Yesterday started with TITLE BOXING!!!
Yaaaaay!
I haven’t been to Title Boxing since around July or August. A break is just what I needed. I enjoyed every second I was in there. Nothing like going to one of Cisco’s classes to get a slap in the face of how out of shape I am.
I wore my Fitbit and killed it. The last one I wore to Title Boxing I killed because it got too wet from sweat. What’s the definition of insanity?
Oh well.
After getting everyone up and going for the day, I headed downstairs and lifted weights, shoulders.
Meals
Meal #1: Oats with protein powder
Meal #2: Rice cake with peanut butter and a protein shake
Meal #3: Chicken, black beans, homemade salsa fresca and spinach
Meal #4: Left over turkey burger, chicken with roasted brussel sprouts
Meal #5: Filet Mignon with roasted brussel sprouts
I guess I didn’t take very many pictures yesterday of my food. Geesh.
My weight is steadily going down and my body fat has gone down 3% in three weeks. I have had a pretty shaky start so I need to have some really good weeks and see what can happen.
Focus!
I had a shakey start as well!!! I've lost 9 lbs but have had some slip ups.... :(
