Workouts
I started the day with a run and a walk with the girls.
I ran for a little over 5 miles and then walked with the girls for a little over one mile. I focused on hills while running. We have a pretty hilly neighborhood but there are three really good hills. I ran down and then turned around and ran back up on each one. My FitBit must have counted the hills has a couple of flights of stairs each!
Meals
Meal #1: Two slices of Rudy’s gluten free bread with natural peanut butter
Meal #2: Oats with protein with a tablespoon of peanut butter
Meal #3: Black beans, bell peppers, chicken sausage
Meal #4: Two slices of Rudy’s gluten free bread with natural peanut butter
Meal #5: Tilapia (seasoned with Mrs. Dash – Fiesta Lime) and roasted broccoli
Evidently, I was in the mood for some peanut butter!
