It’s 6:10am and it’s light outside. I love that.
He loves it too.
Have I mentioned that my Fitbit broke? It did. I emailed their support team and they were terrific! A new one is on it’s way. I didn’t know why it died at first. I came home from Title Boxing a week or so ago and it synced up fine. That afternoon, I tried to sync it again and nothing. Nodda. Dead.
In one of the emails from the support team, the girl advised not to clip the Fitbit to my sports bra during workouts, because it sits against my skin and could get too wet. That’s exactly how I had been wearing it.
I sweat so profusely during workouts that I’m not sure wear I can clip the Fitbit to NOT get too wet. I guess I’m going to try my shoelaces!
Workout
I started my Friday at Title Boxing. I got some sweat moving and endorphins pumping!
Meals
Meal #1: Oats with protein powder and a banana
Meal #2: Two whole eggs, two egg whites, canadian bacon and Rudi’s gluten free toast with a little butter
Meal #3: Abuelo’s: Soup and salad with chips and salsa
Meal #4: Chobani Apple Cinnamon yogurt with gluten free granola on top.
Meal #5: Chicken breast and chicken sausage dipped in mustard with brussel sprouts
Justin calls brussel sprouts: poop nuggets.
I am off to the Farmer’s Market this morning! Have a great Saturday!
