Happy Monday! Good Morning!
I hope everyone had a great weekend.
Friday
We spent the day at the hospital with Grandpa then came home to get ready for our night out.
We met up Justin’s Dad and Stepmom at their house for a glass of wine and then headed out to dinner.
We went to Hereford House.
I ordered bacon wrapped shrimp with a baked potato for my main course, but I made the mistake of eating that silly roll (as seen in the second picture) and couldn’t eat my potato. One of those eating without thinking moments because I was really looking forward to that potato. Justin enjoyed it the next day!
Saturday
I didn’t do much Saturday. Mainly stuff around the house and watching a Reece Witherspoon movie marathon while crocheting. Justin played golf with his Dad and Stepbrother.
Sunday
I started the day with an 8 mile run and then an one mile walk with the girls. It felt great!
Meal #1: Egg sandwich on gluten free bread and canadian bacon
Meal #2: Tuna Salad sandwich (Tuna: one can of tuna, red and yellow bell pepper, black and green olives, mustard and miracle whip) with tomato and lettuce. More olives and bell peppers on the side.
Meal #3: Meatless burrito bowls: Cilantro lime brown rice, black beans, fajita style bell peppers, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, black olives, salsa, tomatoes with onion and cilantro
Time to get this week started with some Title Boxing!
