Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It’s a three-day weekend for some, so if that’s you, enjoy!
Yesterday was a rest day. I was pretty sore from that leg workout on Friday, which is such a feeling of accomplishment. Love being so sore it’s hard to walk!
The day was spent cleaning up, doing some laundry, and crocheting.
In the evening, we went to my Mom’s for my brother and Stepdad’s birthday party.
I have six brothers and sisters and I can’t believe the youngest one is 20!
Darn it. James was blinking.
It was a fun evening. Lots of old stories and laughing!
Meals
Meal #1: Protein pancakes (plain) (3/4 egg whites, 1/2 cup gluten free oats ground into flour, dash of cinnamon)
Meal #2: Protein pancakes (plain)
Meal #3: Rudy’s gluten free toast with natural peanut butter and Chobani peach yogurt
Meal #4: Chicken breast (seasoned with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb) with Newman’s Own Oil & Vinegar Dressing for dipping, roasted broccoli
Meal #5: Salad at my Mom’s house.
Spending the evening with our family was a great way to end the day. Hope you all had a great Saturday as well.
