Good Morning, Friends! Today is one of those mornings when I would rather get sucked into Pinterest for the morning instead of doing anything else! I have to keep my head on straight, and get my fanny to Title Boxing in a little bit. Cisco, the regular 6am trainer, is still out with the flu. I am a Cisco snob and only go to his classes, so with him out, it’s a good opportunity for me to see what the other trainers are like.
Yesterday was a pretty productive day. I got appointments made, paperwork done for the group home and lots of crocheting! I needed to revise a portion of our home’s policies and procedures, so that took a good part of the afternoon. Feels good to have it done. I’ve been putting it off for awhile now.
Workout
I started the day by heading downstairs and hopping on the elliptical for an hour. I kept my speed at 5 mph. No resistance. No incline. Just steady state, 5.0 for 60 minutes.
I really had to push it during that last mile. My feet and hands were starting to fall asleep (the elliptical does that to me for some reason!) and I was getting tired.
I really wanted to get 5 miles done. There was a lot of self talk but it felt so good to complete it!
Meals
Meal #1: Chobani black cherry yogurt with Udi’s gluten free granola
Meal #2: Egg whites, gluten free toast and a Cutie
Meal #3: Chicken and vegetable soup
Meal #4: Chicken and vegetable soup with a baked potato added
Meal #5: Chicken and vegetable soup
Obviously, I love soup! This batch is not my best though. The broth isn’t as good as usual. I also had a snack of cake and a snack of chips. Boo.
Even more reason to get myself to Title Boxing! See you tomorrow!
