Better Late than Never

Oops! I almost forgot to post today.

It’s a heating pad kind of day.

Yesterday was pretty uneventful too.  I am not complaining.

I did eat, though!


Meal #1: Chobani Pomegranate yogurt with Udi’s gluten free granola

Meal #3: Salad (green leaf lettuce, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, baby carrots, black olives, broccoli, canadian bacon). I also ate some Nut Thins on the side.

Meal #4:  Gluten free peanut butter puffs with dark chocolate almond milk

Meal #5: Chinese food: Kung Bao chicken with shrimp and two crab rangoon.  (Didn’t eat too much of my meal.  I think I was still full from that cereal!)
