It’s Sunday morning. The last day of the four day weekend. While I enjoy four day weekends, I look forward to getting back to our routine tomorrow. And it’s Cyber Monday! I hope there are some good deals.
Yesterday started with a spin class at the gym. Like I said in yesterday’s post, I haven’t taken a spin class in probably six years, but I used to love them. I still love them! It was brutal but awesome. Spin classes are no joke. My legs felt like jelly! I can’t wait to do another one!
As anticipated, my lady parts are pretty sore this morning. TMI. But, in case you have never done one and think you might, I need to warn you! You are welcome.
My plan was to lift weights when I got home but I think I shocked my system with that spin class. All I felt like doing was eating and resting!
Meal #1: Oats with protein (pre spin class)
Meal #2: Egg whites, turkey sausage, gluten free toast
Meal #3: Salad with turkey. This salad was so good! Baby romaine lettuce, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, olives, pepperocini, turkey, Newman’s Own vinaigrette.
Meal #4: Peanut butter toast
Meal #5: Brown rice with peas and carrots with turkey
Meal #6: Turkey, home made french fries (cut with my new food slicer!), salad
Yesterday was another movie marathon day while crocheting. All the same movies were played and I enjoyed them just as much as the day before (27 Dresses, Devil Wears Prada, Legally Blonde)!
I was asleep by 9pm!
I've got to get me one of those snazzy slicer, dicer things. That salad looks amazing! Come to think of it so so those french fries. lol
