Well, I completely forgot to post yesterday! Now you get to hear from me twice today. Lucky you.
Sunday
I just watched movies and crocheted all day. If there was an award for movie watching or crocheting, I would definitely win first place! I have those two things nailed down. It takes a lot of focus to go all day, but that’s what I’m about, focus.
I would also win first place in avoiding all laundry and anything to do with cleaning my house. Don’t even try to compete, I would smoke you all!
Anyhooooo…besides planning on where on my first place trophies will go, this is what I ate on Sunday:
Meal #1: Oats with protein powder
Meal #2: Salad with turkey
Meal #3: Egg whites, turkey sausage, gluten free toast
Meal #4: Turkey with brussel sprouts (Yes, folks, that is a dog hair in my mustard!)
Meal #5: Homemade turkey pot pie
Ugh, yeah, my crust did NOT turn out for my pot pies. Not enough butter or water. It was a crumbling, floury mess. I added more butter to the top after it came out of the oven along with some salt and it tasted good but it wasn’t pretty!
That covers Sunday. In case you missed it, I exercised every day last week! I started out slow but I brought it home on Saturday with that spin class:
- Monday: Walked the dogs
- Tuesday: Treadmill/AMT at the gym
- Wednesday: Treadmill/AMT at the gym
- Thursday: Elliptical and weights at home
- Friday: AMT and Step Class
- Saturday: Spin Class
Goal for this week: LIFT WEIGHTS
