I feeeeeel GOOD this morning!  How about you?

Just got home from Title Boxing and I feel great!  I need to take my girls for a walk but it’s c-c-c-old out there!

I am loving the change in temperature, though.  I came home and peeled my soaking wet clothes off and put on my comfy fleece pants, long sleeve shirt and a fleece jacket.  Now, I’m all warm and snuggly with a hot cup of coffee.

Yesterday’s Workout

I started yesterday off by heading to the gym at 5:45am and doing the step/strength class.  It was a really good class.  The first 30 minutes is step and then the last 30 minutes we grab some weights and do some strength training.

After getting everyone around here up and out of the house, I headed back to the gym and did the Power Yoga class.  Yikes!  It’s been a LONG time since I did yoga.  I am so sore this morning and I’m pretty sure it’s from that yoga class!

Yesterday’s Meals

Meal #1: Oats with protein powder and a banana

Meal #2: Egg whites, turkey sausage, one small grapefruit

Meal #3: Tuna salad sandwich (on gluten free bread) and Pop Chips

Meal #4: Protein ice cream (frozen strawberries, whole banana, dark chocolate almond milk, chocolate protein powder, handful of spinach) with some peanut butter puff cereal

Meal #5: Chicken breast and salad with balsamic dressing

That salad looks like a mess, but it was so yummy!
