The fence is done!!!
Oh my goodness, it is so nice to be able to open the back door and let the dogs go free without me worrying about that silly temporary fence!
So, my 5am internal alarm clock has been failing me this week. I haven’t made it to Title Boxing yet because I haven’t been waking up until 5:30a! I know it’s because I haven’t been exercising!
My motivation to get down to our home gym and lift weights is non-existent. I just don’t have the excitement I had before (or the focus). I am loving the group environment of Title Boxing, so I decided to join the YMCA so I have access to more group type classes.
Also, a stair climber, or whatever that rotating stair case is called at gyms! I didn’t look yesterday, but I am hoping they have one! I love stairs. I can feel my fanny getting smaller when I do stairs!

Meal #1: Chobani Blueberry Yogurt with Udi’s granola
Meal #2: Gluten free toast, veggie patties and egg whites
Meal #3: Chicken Noodle Soup
Meal #4: Chicken Noodle Soup
Meal #5: Chicken Noodle Soup (the last bowl…tear)
Justin and I enjoyed a beer from his beer club in our screened in porch. It was a beautiful evening. We are having absolutely beautiful weather!

Okay! Time to put some workout clothes on and go join the world at the gym. I haven’t had a gym membership since….well, I’m not even sure, 2005? I’m a little nervous. What if I take someone’s favorite stair climber?
Which Y did you join? I used to work for the Y when we live in KC. lol HAVE FUN!!!!!

ReplyDeleteThat granola and yogurt looks delish...We have a really great high protein cereal here called Darryl's not sure if you can get in the States but its YUM!
