Yesterday was mostly spent in my bed with my heating pad.   I shouldn’t complain because I went three months without it and one day is better than what I’ve dealt with in the past. So, I’ll take it.
I didn’t exercise, just laid around all day and ate carbs! 
I started the day with some warm, chocolaty oats and protein powder:

Meal #2 was oat/egg white  pancakes with peanut butter:

While those cooked, I made some Godwin Bars.  I made them cookie size this time so I felt like I was having a treat each time I ate one yesterday!

Next up was an egg sandwich.

Justin was golfing yesterday and on his way home he brought me Subway.  I forgot to take a picture of it, but I got the turkey breast and black forest ham sandwich.  I got a foot long and ate half when he got home and the other half for dinner.  I hadn’t had a Subway sandwich in probably a year, so it tasted pretty good!
I also ate some protein ice cream.
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • a couple frozen strawberries (didn’t have very many left)
  • handful of ice

It hit the spot and kept me from hopping in my car and driving to Yogurtini!
I am looking forward to running this morning and lifting some weights!  Still feel a little run down, but I have got to get moving because the scale sure as heck is!!

P.S. I'm so frustrated with Blogger. Now I can't post from Live Writer for some reason. Anyone else having this problem?
