Less Than 20

Yesterday turned out to be a lazy day.  Obviously, there were others in the house feeling the same way.

It started with Oats, Protein Powder and a banana:

Then I headed to Title Boxing, where I got beat into the ground for an hour.  I LOVE those workouts.  My muscles were shaky, my face was almost purple and I was dripping in sweat! Red heart

Meal #2 was a yogurt bowl with Chobani Vanilla, strawberries, gluten free peanut butter puffs:

My sister, Autumn, came over and I put her through a workout.

Meal #3: Egg whites, canadian bacon made omelet style then cut in half to fit on a gluten free english muffin.  The other half was eaten by itself:

Justin was playing golf, so I was on my own for the afternoon.  I read blogs, farted around on the computer, basically avoiding anything productive, then I took a nap.

Meal #4:  Protein ice cream: 1 cup almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 dollop peanut butter, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, handful of ice, chocolate/peanut butter chips on top.  It tasted good, but it belonged in a cup with a straw.

When Justin got home, he ate a Subway sandwich (he offered to get me one, but I wasn’t hungry) while I snacked on gluten free pretzels, Nut thins and three rice cakes with Nutella. I should have gotten a Subway sandwich!  I wasn’t hungry until he started eating his sandwich.  He makes everything look delicious.

Meal #5: Tilapia with lemon and roasted brussel sprouts

I would like to say, that was my last meal and how I ended my day.  Nope. I baked these cookies with M&M’s:

Not even homemade.  They are the frozen cookies that every kid in America sells.  They were given to us (that person was probably cleaning out their freezer!) and have been staring at me every time I open the freezer door for months.  Let’s just say, I had more than one and less than twenty. Winking smile

Luckily, there are a lot of mouths around here to eat them, so they won’t be staying long.

I will be running FOREVER this morning!

We ended the night by watching True Grit.  Justin saw it at the theater with his Dad around Christmas and has been wanting me to see it since.  It finally showed up on In Demand.  I thought it was great!
