Progress pictures are up! I can see little changes again, so I am happy! I really need a tan! I think I’ll see about getting sprayed before next weeks progress pictures.
This weekend has been a whole lotta resting! I needed it! I’m about a week a way from “that time of the month” so I’m sure that is playing a part in how I’m feeling. I was having some major cravings yesterday but I just Googled pictures of chocolate cookies, cupcakes, cakes and donuts! It is so weird how much that helps. The cravings went away!
I made myself do fasted cardio yesterday morning. I hopped on the elliptical for a nice steady state 60 minutes while watching Fools Rush In. I got a ton of laundry done and exchanged the black warm up for one with NO seaming! I’ll drop that off at the printer on Monday. Hopefully it doesn’t take very long because I’m excited to have it NOW! ha! That was pretty much my Saturday. We were supposed to go out for a date night, but our sitter had to cancel due to family issues.

Meal #1:

Meal #3: Brown rice, chicken breast, broccoli, red & green bell peppers, onion, soy sauce. I used olive oil Pam to start and then used the soy sauce and some water to finish off the stir frying!
Meal #4: Chicken breast with mustard, raw broccoli and red bell peppers with 2 tablespoons Newman’s Own dressing.
Meal #5: Taco salad. I forgot to get a picture. I used lean ground beef, spinach, ice burg lettuce, nacho cheese popcorn seasoning and hot sauce! It was yummy!
I snacked on some walnuts (ran out of almonds) and sugar free gum yesterday.
