75 Days Out

Good Morning, Monday! 

Yesterday, I did an AWESOME 60 minutes of cardio!  I started on the elliptical at no resistance and no incline to warm up, then I bumped up the incline as high as it goes and the resistance 1/2 as high as it goes.  I was on the elliptical for 15 minutes.  Then I moved over to the spin bike where I did intervals of hard and low resistance for 15 minutes.  Next up was the treadmill, where I ran for 10 minutes and then walked fast for 5 minutes.  Last up was 15 minutes of running stairs!  I was a sweaty mess and felt GREAT!

After all that, I took progress pictures, and then ate some:

I messed around on the computer most of the day.  I ordered some salad dressings and BBQ sauce from .  No carbs! No sugar! Gluten free!  Sounds like my kind of sauce!
