If you read my post from yesterday, you know I wasn’t feeling so good. The day got much better. I ended up getting my 5 miles in and taking the dogs on a walk!
I didn’t eat ANY artificial sweetener yesterday. Not even protein powder. I decided to give my body a rest from all of it. I survived. I wanted a piece of gum a couple of times for that “something sweet”, but the cravings went away. I looked at blogs of sweet treats while we watched the Fighter movie (again). I love that movie.
Besides the running, I didn’t do any other workouts. I took it easy. That just means I’ll be lifting weights on Sunday. Luckily, I have that one rest day built in to each week and I use that whenever I feel my body needs it.
Justin’s sister, Sarah (HOLLA!), is on Spring break and stopped by and visited for a couple of hours. It was nice to chit chat and get caught up on her life.
My meals included:
Meal #1: Egg whites one slice gluten free toast
Meal #2: Egg whites one slice gluten free toast
Meal #3: Chicken and Asparagus
Meal #4: Chicken and Asparagus
Meal #5: Chicken and Salad
So, that’s about it. My meals were pretty boring yesterday, but still YUMMY! With the exception of getting to visit with Sarah, nothing too exciting happened.
