I don’t have anything new and exciting to post this morning. It’s Tuesday. We had another great day around here yesterday. So, here’s another picture of my beautiful flowers!
I ended up not running outside yesterday morning because there were icy patches all over the place. I ran a couple of blocks, but I was really having to watch where I stepped and I kept having to stop. So I said forget this and came home and got on the treadmill!
Workouts
- Morning Cardio
- 40 minutes – treadmill
- 20 minutes – elliptical
- Warehouse (did circuit 5 times)
- One armed row
- Incline row
- Lat pull down
- Cobra on balance ball
- One legged squats
- Jungle gym rows
- Resistance band row with step back
- Weighted lateral to medial lunges
- Run out and back (1/3 of a mile)
- Home workout
- Single arm lateral raise
- Overhead barbell press
- Alternating front to lateral raises
- Rear Delt flyes
FOOD:
Meal #1: Oats and protein
Meal #2: Egg whites and one slice brown rice toast
Meal #3: Ground turkey, brown rice and raw yellow bell peppers
Meal #4: Egg whites and toast (I nearly forgot to take a picture!)
Meal #5: Ground turkey, brown rice, lettuce, hot sauce
I snacked on some almonds yesterday afternoon too. I didn’t get in my sixth meal. I have the hardest time with the last meal of the day!
So, that was about it. We ran some errands yesterday. I got some CLA and L-Carnitine at Complete Nutrition to help with the fat loss. I didn’t take any BCAA’s or Glutamine the past couple of days and I could really tell last night. My body was really tired and sore and I had a hard time getting comfortable enough to go to sleep. I slept really good once I fell asleep though.
Time to go check the roads and see if I can run outside! Wish me luck!
