I am in need of LOTS of coffee this morning. I am always dragging by Friday, and this morning is no different. I am on my SECOND big cup of coffee, though, so I am already feeling the pep coming back to my step!
Yesterday was another great day! I said it on Facebook, but I’ll say it again. It was the PERFECT winter day. The temperature was in the single digits for the most of the day, but the sun was shining and there is still tons of snow, but the roads are clear! It was a great day to get all bundled up in my cutest winter wear and enjoy the day (read: go to grocery store!).
I am noticing that my days are becoming just work outs and eating. Today, I WILL make a list and get some non fitness related things accomplished!
Here is what yesterday looked like:
Workouts:
- Morning Cardio
- 60 minutes, intervals on elliptical
- Warehouse (4 sets, including treadmill)
- Pushup with hot-footed lizard
- Side plank with knee raise
- Plank with marching feet
- Curl to overhead press
- Plank to pushup
- Burpees
- 4 minutes on treadmill, 7mph
- Diana (at home)
- DB bench press
- Pec deck
- Pushups
- Incline fly
It worked out great that today was Chest and Abs day per my program with Diana and that’s exactly what we did at the warehouse too! Needless to say, I am feeling my chest today!
Diet:

Meal #3: Egg whites and broccoli with Molly McYummy Butter (with a little snow back drop!)
Meal #4: Chicken breast, broccoli, red bell peppers
