I didn’t post yesterday because I was in bed with a heating pad all day!
It was beautiful outside and I was so bummed that I couldn’t get out and run. I did do this though:
It felt so good to soak up some warm sunshine!
I didn’t post about Wednesday, but it wasn’t anything too different. I ate all my meals, did morning cardio, trained with Diana and that’s about it!
Yesterday, isn’t too much more exciting. I did NO exercise! My cramps were bad but not as bad as last month! My body really likes eating like this. Everything just works better. We had to go to the grocery store and there were a couple of times when I felt some cravings (bakery section, seasonal candy isle – they put the toilet paper in the same isle as the candy!) but it was manageable. In previous months, the cravings felt uncontrollable, but not this time! I feel so proud of myself for making it through this time of the month with no cheats!
Diet:
Meal #1: Oats and protein
Meal #2: Egg whites, 2 slices brown rice toast
Meal #3: Oats with protein (I stuck it in the freezer and it was like chocolate ice cream with oats…pretty good)
Meal #4: Chicken breast, sweet pototoes
Meal #5: Chicken breast, brown rice, bell peppers
A friend from HitchFit (Stephanie), shared what she uses to spice up her food and I felt like I was having cheat meals yesterday!
No Carbs! No Sugar! I tried sour cream and onion and nacho cheese yesterday and it was awesome!
