I am still not 100%. Evening and night time are the worst. I actually feel better when I am up and moving.
Yesterday started with a sinus rinse.
It made me feel so much better. I did two more throughout the day. They are kind of gross to do, but so worth it. It pulled so much junk out of my sinuses that would have drained into my throat and instigated more coughing.
I stayed inside yesterday and rested. And by rested, I mean I did laundry all day! I’m still not done. I want everything in the house that can go through the washer, to go through the washer. Being sick makes me even more aware of germs. I want everything CLEAN! Today, all sheets and comforters are getting washed, along with rugs and blankets!
Meals
Meal #1: Gluten free cereal with dark chocolate almond milk
Meal #2: Egg whites, turkey sausage, gluten free toast
Meal #3: Van’s frozen waffles (gluten free and dairy free) with syrup
Meal #4: Chicken breast, roasted brussel sprouts, brown rice
Meal #5: gluten free cereal with dark chocolate almond milk
Meal #6: Chili
I wish I had a workout to post. We have had beautiful weather this week and I have been missing it! I could be running outside! gah!

I'm with you on wishing I could workout outside... I'm getting over a cold and I refuse to workout until I'm 100%. But I am getting restless!
