Pouch

Yesterday morning started with taking the girls to the groomer.  Sara just goes for a bath and to get her nails cut.  Evidently, that does not include brushing her because she needed a major hair brushing when she got home.

While looking for her brush, I came a across a toy I had stuck in the drawer.

As soon as she saw it, she snatched it up and carried it around with her the rest of the day!

I guess that was her favorite toy.

Meals:

Meal #1: Gluten free oats with protein powder and a banana

Meal #2: Gluten free toast with peanut butter, honey and banana with a Cutie

Meal #3: Salad (Green leaf lettuce, baby romaine, red onion, red bell pepper, broccoli, cucumber, tomato, carrots, green olives, feta cheese, Salad Shaker topping, Newman’s Own Olive oil and Vinegar dressing)

and some Gluten free crackers, Vegetable flavor (so yummy!)

The only problem with these crackers is that inside that box are two little silver pouches filled with crackers.  A serving size is 8 crackers, but when they come in a little pouch like that….I eat the whole pouch (which, in case you are wondering, contains more than 8 crackers)!

pouch, pouch, pouch….what a weird word!

Darn you little pouch for making me eat all your contents!

Meals #4 and #5: Noodle & Co., Penne Rosa, made with rice noodles. (AND there is still some left over for another meal today!)

And a rice crispy treat the size of my forearm that Justin and I shared! (I took that picture after some of it was eaten and it looks smaller in the picture. That sucker was a monster……...a delicious monster.)

We finally made a trip to Lowe’s and bought the shelves that I want for the laundry room.  The plan, well, my plan, was to get them up yesterday, but my plan is not always Justin’s plan and I need him to help me, so he worked it into his schedule for today.

  2. I'm jealous that you're organizing your laundry room! I want to do the same thing, but was told to wait until "duck season" is over! Guess I'll be organizing in February, lol.
After seeing the Cuties on your blog, I bought some yesterday....OH SO GOOD! Not sure why I've never tried them before.
Crackers are kind of addicting aren't they? And your "pouch" repetition made me giggle! lol ;)

  3. Crackers are one thing that I cannot buy, crackers or chips! I can't keep my hands off them when I do so they stay at the store. Its sad. I love them. But I have NO self control. Love that pic of Sara, so sweet!
