Rehydrate and Recover

Soup, Soup, Soup. I love soup.

More on that later.

I started this morning off with TITLE BOXING!  Man, it felt good to get back in there and sweat!

More on that tomorrow.

Let’s talk about yesterday. I started the day off with egg whites, turkey sausage and gluten free toast.

I put the pot of soup I made on Saturday on the stove, turned it on low and ate on it all day!

I added peas to it, so it was chicken, carrots, onion, celery, potatoes and peas.  So. GOOD!

Yesterday was all about rehydrating and recovering.

Dinner was chicken thighs seasoned with Mrs. Dash fiesta lime and a southwest salad.

I feel energized and ready to tackle the day.
