Breaking News:

It’s hot.

I tried running yesterday (got a little over 2 miles), but waited way too long and thought I was going to die. Then I took the girls for a walk and thought they might die.  It was HOT!

I ate a yogurt bowl after I cooled off:

Meal #2 was egg whites, canadian bacon and a Gluten Free English Muffin with a little butter.

Then I did the I Love Cupcakes Circuit, modified just a bit.

to warm up: 10 minutes of walking up and down our stair case (13 stairs)

  • 15 pushups
  • 20 alternating lunges (no weight)
  • 15 squats with overhead press (no weight)
  • 10 squat jumps (no weight)
  • 10 pushups
  • 5 minutes of running/walking stairs
  • 10 pushups
  • 20 alternating side lunges (no weight)
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 step ups (no weight)
  • 15 triceps dips
  • 5 minutes of running/walking stairs
  • 20 walking lunges (no weight)
  • 10 pushups
  • 60 second plank
  • 30 crunches
  • 30 second plank
  • 30 full sit ups
  • 60 second plank
  • 5 minutes running/walking stairs

REPEAT

Jessica did her circuit three times, I did mine TWO! She’s not kidding when she says at the end to lay down and cry.  I was half way irritated that it was so hard! ha! Not to mention, it left me looking like this:

I went over to my sister, Autumn’s, for dinner along with my Mom, Stepdad and younger brother.

We had a yummy dinner of BBQ brisket, bakes beans, cheesy potatoes and salad.  After dinner, we laughed our butts off watching America’s Funniest Home Videos! For dessert, we had mini ice cream sandwiches, which left me wanting more ice cream and on the way home I stopped I got this:

Well, I actually stopped and got that because Justin couldn’t come to dinner so he asked me to stop on my way home and get him a burger, tator tots with cheese and a chocolate sundae!  It is always Justin’s fault. Winking smile
