More Water, Please.

I ended up taking yesterday as a rest day.  I was all pumped to go to my boxing class until Justin got up and reminded me that he was leaving early to go golfing with his friend. Darn. I had totally forgot.

But, yep, we had talked about it on Monday, so I was on my own getting everyone up and ready for the day, which meant missing my regular class and favorite teacher.

After sending everyone out the door, I leashed up the girls and took them for a walk.  It was getting pretty steamy out, but we all needed the exercise!

Meal #1 was oats with vanilla ice cream protein powder and a peach.

I can’t wait to have this again this morning.  This is a super delicious meal!

Meal #2 was two whole eggs, two pieces of canadian bacon on a gluten free english muffin.

Justin was playing golf with Chris…of Chris and Jen – the friends from San Francisco – that I previously talked about on Tuesday because we hung out with them on Monday…confused?  When the guys got done playing golf, Justin called and said they were picking up lunch and to meet them over at Chris’s Dad’s house.  I headed right over and hung our with Jen and her girls before the guys arrived with our food.  I forgot to take a picture, but I ate a Southwest Chicken Wrap with some corn tortilla chips and salsa from Houlihan’s. (Obviously, this is not my picture, but that’s what it looked like, minus the french fries)

After having lunch with Chris, Jen and their girls, we headed over to some out door fountains so their three year old could play.  Jen and I scooted over to Yogurtini while the guys watched the little one.

Of course, mine is the party-in-a-cup in front and Justin’s is the boring one in back!

We said our goodbyes to our friends and headed home.  After only a couple of hours around the kids and the sun and the heat, I was pooped.  I took a nap and was starving when I woke up.  Justin took advantage of my weak state and we ended up ordering Chinese! Winking smile

It was tasty, but, of course, I don’t feel good this morning and gained three pounds from all the salt! Gah!

Back at it today.  Cardio, weights, lots and lots of WATER!  I have a day planned around grocery shopping and laundry so no TREATS today!
