16 Days Out

This week is really flying by.  I can’t believe it’s already Thursday.  It’s warmer here this morning so I’m looking forward to a good run outside.

Yesterday,  I went to work out with Diana and practice posing and talk, talk, talk!  It was our 2nd Year Anniversary of working together!  I love training with that girl!  She is making me feel so comfortable about everything.  There are four or five photographers coming in town for the show and she recommended one that she thinks I will work well with and so, I have my first official photo shoot booked!!  How exciting!  He even emailed me and said Justin could come and he would take some shots of both of us.  The guy who is running the hair and makeup for the show said he would also be available to us all day Friday for anyone needing hair and makeup for photos, so I’m trying to get in with him too. Can’t wait!

I am getting so close.  Lots of talk about the plan for the week of the show.  When my last day for two rounds of cardio will be, when my last real workout will be, all exciting stuff!

Justin played golf yesterday so I got to work cleaning our spare bedroom.  This room has become the room that when we are cleaning the rest of the house and don’t know where to put something, it goes to the spare bedroom!

I headed to the high school track for Round 2 cardio.  It was a beautiful evening for doing something outdoors.  There were a lot of people up there enjoying the nice weather along with me.  I ran all the stairs and then around the track for an hour.  I was going to do sprints, but that sounded better in my head then it felt to my body!  I was tired and hungry by the time I got home.  Luckily I saved my last meal for after cardio.

Workouts:

  • Morning Cardio: 60 minutes on treadmill
  • Weights: Diana – Tris, Bis, Shoulders
  • Round 2 Cardio: 60 minutes running stairs and laps at track

Meals:

Meal #1: Egg whites and grapefruit

  1. You look fabulous! I've been reading your blog for a few weeks and I think it's great. The layout for one is amazing and all the detail (i.e. all the pictures, etc) is useful and helps with the visualization of what your eating and going through.

    I wish you the best of luck and much continued success in your future fitness endeavors. I am excited to hear the results of your fitness competition and your overall experience.
