HOLY COW! I can’t believe there is a SIX in front of the number of days until my FIRST figure competition!
I am having a hard time waking up this morning. That hour that we lost is taking it’s toll. I feel so much better than I did yesterday! I have workouts to get done and lot of work to do for our business today, so I need to find my motivation in this cup of coffee pretty quick!
If you read yesterday’s post you know that I did a whole lotta nothin’!
I did, however, stick to my diet! *applause* Although, I didn’t take any new pictures *boooos* (because I felt like my uterus was on fire), I’m sure I can scrounge up some old ones:
Meal #1: Oats with protein
Meal #2: Egg Whites
Meal #3: Oats with protein
Meal #4: Turkey Burger and salad
Meal #5: Sauteed Chicken with roasted broccoli
Evidently I have never taken a picture of chicken and broccoli!! What the heck?! Oh well, I’m sure you know what chicken and broccoli look like! I sprinkled the broccoli with some parmesan/garlic popcorn seasoning too.
Time to get this Monday movin’!
By the way, we have snow on the ground this morning! Yippee! Looks like the roads are too warm for any stickage though, so I should be able to get to the warehouse to workout.
