54 Days

Will Patterson emailed me the pictures he took last night and I LOVE them!  Of course, I can pick them apart, but I am only going to focus on the positive!  I am half way through my competition prep and have made tons of progress.  I have 8 weeks to go and can’t wait to see how my body continues to transform.

I’ll post a different picture each day (there are only 4), so I don’t take up an entire post with these pictures!

Yesterday, was a relaxing day.  If you read yesterday’s post, you know our cleaning lady came  and I took progress pics (in a hurry!). I love starting the week with a clean house.  I may keep her FOREVER!

The only other thing I did yesterday was COOK!  I used our in-door grill, since it’s evidently winter again, and grilled chicken and veggies.  I grilled up six chicken breasts for me and two packages of chicken thighs for Justin.  The veggies were bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and asparagus. It was yummy!  There is plenty of leftover chicken, but we took care of the veggies!

Workouts:

  • Lifted weights – tris and bis and a little Quad
  • 40 minutes on elliptical
