YIKES! Freezing Rain is the worst. At least snow is visible and pretty, freezing rain is hidden and scary! You’re not sure if it’s really ice or just wet until you are ON IT and then it’s too late! The freezing rain warning was all over the news last night. The day hab, where our clients go, even called last night and canceled for today. So, I’m pretty nervous to even attempt to drive to the gym! I’m waiting until day light to see what it’s like on my streets. I am supposed to train with Diana this morning, but I am not driving 25 minutes in freezing rain. I’ll workout at home.
The yarn I have been waiting on for weeks, finally came in! I have been busy all weekend trying to get hats, scarves and fingerless gloves made for patiently waiting people! I finished up a project yesterday. I knitted a lot of more of it than crocheted, but I really like it. I am liking the fingerless gloves knitted. They come out a little thinner, but more stretchy. I really shouldn’t take pictures at 6am, but you know, whatev!
Besides knitting and crocheting, I ATE! I also drank a gallon of water. To help me remember to drink all my water, I fill up a gallon pitcher and then use that to fill my water bottle throughout the day!
My meals looked like this yesterday:
Meal #1: Oats with protein
Meal #2: Egg whites, 1 slice brown rice bread
Meal #3: Tuna sandwich (1 can tuna, spicy mustard, dill relish, brown rice bread)
Meal #4: Egg whites, brown rice with peas, carrots, and soy sauce.
Meal #5: Chicken breast and sweet potatoes
I felt great yesterday. I chewed some dessert gum after meals to give me that little bit of sweetness I like after I eat. I reeeeally like that gum!
